Inclusion of Recorded Voice/Video Interview

Recorded Audio/Video Interview is so important these days with the high-tech listening devices now employed by law enforcement. Just one snip-it of a voice track can positively identify a missing person. The Video records manerisms and multi-view appearances that give much more information than does a still picture. The major challange today is encountered by those jurisdictions who have been recording interviews on VHS tapes needing to upgrade their technology to burning CDs or DVDs either in computers or directly in the cameras themselves. Each jurisdiction is left to their own devices to determine what method and which equipment they can best afford and best apply to upgrade their technology.
