taking_notes.jpgAll Collaborating Website Managers and Administrators must first "Sign-in" to "REQUEST SUPPORT" for your Masonichip web site... 

Your "Sign-in" registration must be approved, a link will be sent to your email of record, you must goto that link to verify your password before you can submit trouble tickets into this bugtracking system.

Support currently can take one of two paths...Trouble Ticket...or... Enhancement.

Trouble Tickets - to report the malfunction of a feature that was working... but is now is malfunctioning. 

Enhancements - to ask that some feature be added or devised to better meet your program needs. We will be asking our developer...CMSTOOLZ...to incorporate as many of these features at the same time as upgrades to operating system, software and security are added twice each year.
